📸 LAST MONTH'S RECAP
🎉 Kick-Off: Postcards from Home
We started the term with a bang at our VT25 Kick-Off: Postcards from Home! The evening was filled with laughter, connection, and an incredible celebration of our diverse community. From engaging activities to a South Asian-inspired dinner, the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. If you missed it, check out our TikTok for a recap of the night’s best moments!
🧕 Hijab Day Bazaar
For International Hijab Day, we hosted a Hijab Day Bazaar, bringing together sisters for a unique clothing swap experience. The turnout was fantastic, with attendees exchanging pre-loved hijabs and modest wear in a fun and sustainable way. The energy was high, and we even ended up in a bidding war for some standout pieces! The event was such a success that we’ve already had requests for another one soon—stay tuned!

A big thank you to everyone who joined and made these events unforgettable. We can't wait to bring you even more in the coming months!
🌟 AYAH OF THE MONTH
And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He ˹alone˺ is sufficient for them. Certainly Allah achieves His Will. Allah has already set a destiny for everything.

As Ramadan approaches, it’s the perfect time to refresh our knowledge and prepare spiritually. This episode of Islampodden covers everything from the significance of fasting, common misconceptions, and practical tips to make the most of the holy month.
This month’s riddle:
In 1990, a person is 15 years old. In 1995, that same person is 10 years old. How can this be?
Do you know the answer? Send us a DM with your best guess, and we’ll shout out the first correct answer in March's newsletter!
📢 Last Month’s Riddle: I left my campsite and hiked south for 3 miles. Then I turned east and hiked for 3 miles. I then turned north and hiked for 3 miles, at which time I came upon a bear inside my tent eating my food! What color was the bear?
Answer: White! The only place this scenario works is at the North Pole, where polar bears are found!
🎉 Shoutout to Brother Tawsiful for being the first to answer correctly!
That wraps up this month’s issue! Thank you for being a valued part of our community. We look forward to seeing you at this month’s events, in sha Allah!
Sincerely,
The board of MSKTH
